After receiving your inquiry, I’ll respond personally within 24 hours to schedule a phone or video call. My goal is to fully understand your priorities, pace, planning progress, and the kinds of moments you're hoping to see in your final gallery. Shortly after our call, I’ll send over full gallery links and a personalized proposal detailing the custom-tailored collections that serve your needs best. To lock things in, you'll confirm your collection, sign my contract, and reserve your date with a payment through my secure system. And then the fun really begins!

Once your wedding date is officially on my calendar, it’s time to schedule your engagement portraits! Whether you’re envisioning a lifestyle session in Dallas or a metropolitan experience in NYC, we’ll create a plan for portraits inspired by your story and the style of your approaching wedding day. In addition to providing you with beautiful imagery for your Save the Dates and wedding website, your engagement session functions as a great test run that will increase your comfort level with the camera—and me. Expect guidance without manipulation. And a lot of fun.

Creating your wedding photography plan

I don’t just hope to catch meaningful interactions. I prepare for them. Working in close collaboration with your wedding planner, we’ll create a custom timeline and photo list detailing everything that matters most to you—quiet moments, candid joy, classic portraits, and all the beautiful design details you’ve curated. If you could peek behind the scenes of the months leading up to your wedding day, you’d find me memorizing must-have shots, familiarizing myself with your VIPs, and creating backups to the backup plan. Every factor is considered, and nothing is left to chance. Your wedding memories deserve nothing less.

With all preparation complete, the pressure is off—and you have full permission to simply be yourselves on your wedding day. Meanwhile, I’ll be laser-focused on putting our plan into action! Having spent years learning from masters of the craft, my eye is trained to see the little things that will maximize the beauty of your photos…including the positioning of the centerpieces, the water ring on the tablecloth that needs to be covered, and that neon exit sign causing visual distraction in the background. Knowing each detail of your day will be shown to its best advantage—and every precious moment will be beautifully preserved—truly, all that’s left for you to do is enjoy. My promise: a fully-present experience with those who have traveled from near and far to join you in celebration.

Receiving your heirloom wedding images

It’s true: I’ve got a minor obsession with exceeding expectations. Within 48 hours of your wedding, you’ll receive a sneak peek of 5-10 images to relive the magic. Your full gallery will follow within 8-10 weeks, delivered in a secure AI-powered gallery with embedded facial recognition, making it easy to find key moments with specific family members among the thousands of gorgeous images in your gallery. I also love working with my couples to design heirloom albums that preserve your story in print. These are the moments you'll return to again and again for decades to come—and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to capture them.
