A Romantic Ballroom Wedding at Warwick Melrose Dallas Ended With Espresso Martinis and a Streamer Send-Off

Rebecca and Lucas exchanged vows on June 28, 2025, at the historic ballroom in Warwick Melrose Hotel Dallas. Their celebration was the perfect blend of timeless elegance and personal touches—from towering blush florals and candlelit tables to a lively after-party complete with glowsticks, cowboy hats, and a surprise espresso martini bar. “We wanted our day to feel romantic and elevated, but most of all—joyful,” Rebecca shares.

Lucas proposed to Rebecca in the most thoughtful way—privately, without an audience, at her parents’ home. “He didn’t want it to feel performative or pressured,” Rebecca shares. “It was just us, and it was perfect.” In fact, Lucas was so nervous in the moment that he dropped the ring mid-proposal—but Rebecca didn’t hesitate to say yes.
From the start, the couple envisioned a wedding filled with intentional design and genuine connection. The Warwick Melrose’s rich history and elegant ballroom offered the perfect backdrop for their vision: classic, warm, and deeply personal.

Rebecca worked closely with her planning and floral teams to bring a soft, romantic palette to life. Towering arrangements of blush and ivory florals framed the ceremony space, while candles in varied heights lined the aisle and reception tables, bathing the room in a warm, golden glow.
Guests were greeted with champagne and heartfelt welcome signage, and each detail—from custom menus to tailored lounge vignettes—was chosen with care. “We wanted our guests to feel thought of in every moment,” the couple shares.

Rebecca wore a structured satin gown by Anne Barge, selected for its timeless silhouette and elegant modernity. With its clean lines, subtle scoop neckline, and flowing train, the gown was a perfect reflection of the day’s refined aesthetic. She paired the look with pearl drop earrings, a soft wave hairstyle, and classic white heels—effortlessly blending sophistication with romance.
Lucas wore a traditional black tuxedo and bow tie, keeping things crisp and classic. The bridal party’s soft blush and champagne tones mirrored the floral palette, creating a cohesive, polished look across every detail.

One of the most emotional parts of the day was the couple’s first look. Lucas’s reaction—teary-eyed and speechless—set the tone for the heartfelt moments to come. “That moment was everything,” Rebecca recalls. “It felt like time stood still.”
Later, during the reception, Rebecca shared a quiet moment with her grandmother before dinner was served—a memory she’ll always treasure.

Once dinner was served and toasts had been made, the party began in full force. Guests were surprised with a signature espresso martini bar as the dance floor opened—a personal favorite of the couple. Cowboy hats and glowsticks made their way into the mix, and the once-refined ballroom transformed into an all-out Texas-style celebration.

To close out the night, guests gathered for a high-energy streamer send-off—silver ribbons flying through the air as Rebecca and Lucas made their grand exit, hand in hand.
